Usually I don't like bumping a lot into the forum regarding the problem.

I was posting before , but was compelled to change the account due to forum issues

There were several requests already (excluding mine) about inability to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.2

I waited, thinking that is a known Framework issue & reverting back to 7.0

Well there was another MS Framework update (SP & stuff) after my 1st post

Nothing helps. As soon as 7.2 installed you there is just a splash screen or nothing
version 7.2 has to be properly uninstalled and the old one installed in order to make it work

Interestingly enough all new plug-ins updates can be applied (at least for now) to the old version without any a visible problems
